Tickets go on sale tomorrow for the Oct. 5 concert featuring TobyMac, the Diverse City band, Chris August and Jamie Grace. Student prices are set at $15, more than half off regular ticket prices, said BLUE director Chris Hembree.
A table will be set up in Walker from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. each day. In order to purchase a ticket, students will have to show their university ID. With 300 tickets available, only one ticket can be sold per ID. Student prices are only available for undergraduate students.
A student ticket provides general admission to the main floor in Bill George Arena.
“Student tickets won’t be reserved ticket space, but it’s floor standing room, which is really good considering it’s TobyMac,” said Hembree.

“It’s a great opportunity because it’s not often that you have someone who has been on national TV in the last two weeks with ‘Fox and Friends in the Morning’ and in the last six months with ‘The View’ like 150 to 200 feet from your dorm room door,” Hembree said. “It’s not often you get that chance for only 15 bucks. It’s a deal.”
