JBU Soccer Looking Strong as Conference Play Begins

Soccer season is back at John Brown University, with a high influx of new players to the teams, and great performances throughout the matches leading up to the Sooner Athletic Conference (SAC) opening. The men’s soccer teams stands at a 4-0-2 record from a six-match undefeated streak, while the women’s team stand at 4-3-0 at the end of the non-conference period.

Cofer does it again: ‘Part of the Kingdom’ returns for its second volume

“Part of the Kingdom,” the documentary released by John Brown University digital cinema student Makenna Cofer in December of 2020 and featured in the 2021 Fayetteville Film Festival, will return to our screens for its second part by the end of the summer. Cofer announced the project via Instagram, where she shared the teaser for the upcoming documentary and disclosed her objective for what she refers to as “an expansion of Part of the Kingdom.”
