The Lady Eagles will continue their seven game homestand this weekend by hosting the JBU Invitational, playing Bacone (Okla.) this Friday and MidAmerica Nazarene (Kan.) on Saturday.

The 3-2 Eagles come into this weekend on a tear, having won three in a row in non-conference play.

On Monday night, the Lady Eagles went 2-0 with wins against Texas Wesleyan and College of the Ozarks (Mo.) at their home opener. These two wins give JBU a season record of 13-2.

The Lady Golden Eagles Soccer team rolled to an 8-0 victory over the University of the Ozarks on Saturday.

Junior midfielder Whitney Brannan led the Eagles to their third straight win with a hat trick and sophomore forward Laura Garcia added two goals of her own.

Men's Soccer Weekend Update

The Golden Eagles Men's Soccer team finished the Quality Inn Classic this weekend winless after a rain-out and a tie.

On Friday, the Eagles were trailing 2-0 against Northwestern (Iowa) 17 minutes into their match when the game was called due to heavy rain and lightning.

This weekend the Lady Eagles will travel to Baldwin City, Kan. with an 8-1 record. There they will face off with four other teams. Their first game is against Graceland University (Iowa) and is likely to be the most competitive game of the tournament.
